2 large eggs
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
10 drops liquid stevia
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 slices Cinnamon & Egg Loaf or low-carb bread of choice
1 tablespoon powdered erythritol (for dusting)
Avocado oil or coconut oil spray (for the basket)
Instructions
Set the air fryer to bake at 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the fryer basket with avocado or coconut oil.
